Best Western Ramkota Hotel

The room must have been made out of paper. You could hear every word that was said in hallway, it was if they were in the room. A couple of times we actually thought someone had came in. All night long elevator, vending machines, party down hall that spilled over into hallway were heard easily. Hotel staff did nothing to stop noise from other guests. Decent hotel but when I asked the hotel staff to quiet the kids in the halls, they walked up and down the hall and said nothing to the kids or their parents.

This was a nice hotel but was also not very pleasant to stay in. The doors would not open properly even when the green light came on, my mother-in-law fractured 2 ribs because the door wouldn't open. There was no water pressure in the shower, it took me 35 minutes to shower just to get all the soap out of my hair. There was mold growing on the heater/air conditioning unit & was very dusty inside. I recently had major surgery and needed assistance. We were impressed with the service of the hotel especially with my temporary disability. This was our first stay at this hotel. EXCELLENT service!

This hotel was conveniently located and had a great indoor and outdoor pool. The staff was not very friendly and did not promptly assist us with the malfunctioning thermostat in our room.

The staff and common areas were fine. We just did not like having a window-less room!

We went for a one night stay. The kids liked the pool area. The rooms were nice. Our fire alarm was beeping and door connecting the rooms didn't work. Maintenance came right up and fixed both. I asked for a crib at 9:30 p.m. and the staff brought it right up. My one year old accidentally pressed the remote and ordered a music station. The staff took the charge off.
